We are a sports-loving family, so I know a few things about fans, especially football fans! Football fan(atics) are pretty passionate people and we love anything that shows off our team spirit! We’ve been gearing up for the start of the 2013 football season – oh, since maybe February 4th? When I recently received an opportunity, through the great folks at Canopi, to participate in a campaign using a brand-supplied product from Fathead®, did I think it was mere coincidence? Not for a single second! For this big-time football fan, it was totally meant to be – For Real™!
Fatheads are beautifully rendered, home décor vinyl wall graphics that are completely safe for the wall and easily removable, so you can change things up whenever the mood strikes. It took me and my hubby about 1/100th of a second to decide on the Fathead® we wanted. Pre-season is right around the corner. The “man cave” in our house becomes the “football cave,” where it’s all about our hometown team – the reigning, Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens! We’re taking our purple pride and our team’s Super Bowl victory and making it Larger Than Life, For Real!
We had so much fun with this! Hubby and I worked together to get the large graphic on the wall; yes, in our enthusiasm, our first attempt was a wee bit crooked, but it was totally easy to reposition! The name “cave” for our family room is not an understatement; it’s on the lowest level of our house and gets little natural light. The logo totally lights up the wall!
Not only did we get the amazing Ravens’ logo, this particular graphic also included several smaller decals, including a replica of the Vince Lombardi Super Bowl Trophy – SWEET! Once we saw that trophy graphic, our vision just fell into place. We wanted the trophy graphic to “sit” on a table –so we pulled over a table and put it right under the graphic. Pretty cool, don’t you think?
Now we have our Larger Than Life Ravens wall! I can’t wait to have family and friends over for a game! Whatever sport or team your passionate about, there’s definitely a Fathead® to celebrate it!
Everyone is not a sports fanatic, I know – and so does Fathead® ! They have so many different kinds of wall graphics, you can make just about anything you love Larger Than Life! How about some more inspiration? See how fellow blogger Gretchen decorated with her Fathead – and look at what all of the other bloggers did!
Oh, I almost forgot…you can also create your own Fathead® ! I’m totally thinking holiday gifts! Now let’s see – do you think if I had Fatheads made of my family in Ravens gear for the cave, it might be a little over the top? Hmm….nah!!! When it comes to family, friends, and pride for your home team, there is no such thing as too much – FOR REAL!
Thanks so much for visiting and wishing you a day filled with happiness that’s Larger Than Life!
Thanks to Canpoi and Fathead®! You know I only share things that I love – can you kind of tell how much I love my Fathead?

Thanks, Alyssa! I love that we can all show love for our individual teams! ? Thanks for visiting and have a great weekend!
I love how you used your Fathead {that sounds so unusual to say!}. I’m a Pittsburgh Steeler fan but I can certainly understand your love of the Ravens! I will have to check out what they have for my boys’ room ~ they are in desperate need of a room redo and this would be the perfect addition.
Thanks, Mary Beth! I’m sure the boys would love having a Steelers’ Fathead for their room! So sweet of you to visit and have a happy Friday!
I love that you’ve got such a spread to show your team spirit!!! It looks great!
Thanks, Gretchen! This was a lot of fun, wasn’t it? So kind of you to visit and comment – have a fabulous Friday!
Haha, the first time I saw these, I actually laughed. I thought they were so silly! I saw a commercial and they showed a sports room with the life size cut outs of football players. It was too funny! I think one of our neighbors would like these. Heck, they may already have them. Both the husband and wife have Ravens stickers and bumper stickers on their cars.
Ah so you know, Ray Lewis graduated from my high school. He graduated a few years before I did. I did root for the Ravens during the Super Bowl this year. But it’s still Bears #1 for me. ?
Julie, wow, thanks for letting me know about Ray! ? I totally love that everyone is fiercely loyal to their own teams, which is exactly as it should be! We are pretty major football fans in our family, so the “Ravens” Fathead wall is perfect. Thanks so much for visiting and football season will be here before we know it! Happy Sunday!
